Just a heads up for anyone trying to manage tickets or account info on timberwolves.com: I had a really rough time getting into my account. It kept sending me right back to the same login page, and when I tried resetting my password, the email took forever to show up. Even after that, things still didn’t work smoothly. Hopefully it’s just a temporary issue, but if you need to access your tickets, I’d give yourself extra time because it was annoying

I poked around Timberwolves looking for tickets and maybe a merch deal or two. The promo codes and discounts do exist, which is nice, but finding them can feel like a tiny scavenger hunt because apparently saving money should come with side quests.

A few offers looked solid at first, but then the fees showed up and, wow, what a magical surprise. Overall the site works fine, and if you catch the right sale it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t go in expecting some life-changing bargain.

They’ve got the usual jerseys, hats, shirts, all the standard stuff you’d expect if you’re just trying to grab some Wolves gear and not think too hard about it. I almost bought a shirt, then got distracted looking at something else, which kind of says it all.
I just wish there were more interesting options, or at least better size availability on some of the items. A few things felt a little limited, like the selection was there but not really pulling me in. It works if you need the basics, but I didn’t leave feeling super excited about anything.

I was able to get my Wolves tickets in the end, so that part was fine. But the checkout felt slow, and the fees didn’t show up until later, which was a bit annoying?! Not the worst experience, but it definitely could be smoother.

I check Timberwolves every now and then for Wolves news, player updates, schedules, and game info. To be fair, it usually has the main stuff I’m looking for, so I’m not going to act like it’s useless or anything.
The content is fine, but some of the articles do feel kind of short or a little too polished. I get that it’s the official site, so obviously they’re not going to be super critical, but I’d still like a bit more real insight instead of mostly standard recap-style posts.

Bag policy was hard to figure out. Parking directions weren’t very clear either. Kind of frustrating.
